Ingredients Required (Shopping List):

  • Meat (Chicken, Mutton, or Beef): 1 kg

  • Onions: 4 medium (approx. 250g, thinly sliced)

  • Yogurt: 1 to 1.5 cups (approx. 250g, whisked)

  • Garlic Paste: 1 tablespoon

  • Ginger Paste: 1 tablespoon

  • Ginger (Julienne): 2 tablespoons (thinly sliced for garnish)

  • Cooking Oil: 1 cup (200ml)

  • H.A.K Sons Quorma Recipe Mix: 1 Packet

Cooking Instructions (Tariqa-e-Istemaal):

  1. Fry Onions: Heat oil and fry the sliced onions until they are golden brown. Remove them from the oil, spread on paper to cool, and then crush them.

  2. Sauté Meat: In the same oil, add the meat, garlic paste, and ginger paste. Fry on medium heat until the meat lightly changes color.

  3. Cook: Add the H.A.K Sons Quorma Recipe Mix and yogurt. Cook on low heat until the meat is tender. (For beef or mutton, add 3 cups of water; for chicken, add 1 cup of water).

  4. Final Touch: Once the meat is tender, add the crushed onions and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes until the oil separates from the gravy.

Serving Suggestion:
