Cooking Instructions (Tariqa-e-Istemaal):

Fry Onions: Heat oil and fry the sliced onions until they are golden brown. Remove them from the oil, spread on paper to cool, and then crush them.

Sauté Meat: In the same oil, add the meat, garlic paste, and ginger paste. Fry on medium heat until the meat lightly changes color.

Cook: Add the H.A.K Sons Quorma Recipe Mix and yogurt. Cook on low heat until the meat is tender. (For beef or mutton, add 3 cups of water; for chicken, add 1 cup of water).
