Ingredients Required (Shopping List):

  • Meat (Boneless Beef, Mutton, or Chicken): 750g

  • Wheat (Gandum): 1 cup

  • Barley (Jau): 4 tablespoons

  • Chana Dal: 4 tablespoons

  • Mash Dal: 3 tablespoons

  • Masoor Dal: 3 tablespoons

  • Moong Dal: 3 tablespoons

  • Onions: 3 medium (thinly sliced)

  • Garlic Paste: 1 tablespoon

  • Ginger Paste: 1 tablespoon

  • Cooking Oil: 1.5 cups (250ml)

  • H.A.K Sons Daleem Mix: 1 Packet

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Soak: Wash and soak all lentils, wheat, and barley for 6–8 hours (overnight is best). Drain the water and cook in 10 glasses of water on low heat until fully tender. Blend or mash the cooked grains thoroughly.

  2. Fry: Heat oil and fry onions until golden brown. Remove half of the onions for garnishing.

  3. Sauté: Add meat, ginger, and garlic paste to the remaining oil and fry. Add the H.A.K Sons Daleem Recipe Mix and sauté for another 5 minutes.

  4. Cook: Add 5 glasses of water and cook on low heat for 1–1.5 hours until the meat is very tender. Shred the cooked meat.

  5. Combine: Mix the shredded meat with the mashed grains and cook on low heat for another half hour while stirring continuously.

Serving Suggestion:

Garnish with the saved fried onions, fresh ginger, green chilies, lemon, and a sprinkle of chat masala. Serve hot with Naan.
