Meat (Beef, Mutton, or Chicken): 1 kg

Tomatoes: 5–6 medium (finely chopped)

Yogurt: 500g (whisked)

Cooking Instructions:

Preparation: Take 2 tablespoons of the Recipe Mix and mix it with lemon juice. Fill this paste into the slit green chilies.

Marination: Mix the remaining spice blend with yogurt, ginger paste, and garlic paste. Apply this to the meat and marinate for 2–3 hours (Marination is not needed for chicken).

Sautéing: Heat oil in a pan, add the tomatoes, and cook until they are soft. Add the marinated meat and cook on medium flame until the moisture dries up.

Tenderizing: Add water (1 cup for chicken, 2–3 cups for beef/mutton) and cook on low heat until the meat is fully tender.

Final Step: Add the stuffed green chilies on top of the curry. Cover and simmer (dum) on low heat until the oil separates from the gravy.
