  • Cooking Time: 30 – 40 Minutes.

  • Authenticity: 100% natural spice blend with no artificial preservatives.

Ingredients Required (Shopping List):

  • Meat (Beef, Mutton, or Chicken): 1 kg

  • Tomatoes: 5–6 medium (finely chopped)

  • Yogurt: 500g (whisked)

  • Ginger & Garlic Paste: 2 tablespoons each

  • Green Chilies: 8–10 large (slit for filling)

  • Lemon Juice: 2 tablespoons

  • Cooking Oil: 1 cup (200ml)

  • H.A.K Sons Spice Mix: 1 Packet

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Preparation: Take 2 tablespoons of the Recipe Mix and mix it with lemon juice. Fill this paste into the slit green chilies.

  2. Marination: Mix the remaining spice blend with yogurt, ginger paste, and garlic paste. Apply this to the meat and marinate for 2–3 hours (Marination is not needed for chicken).

  3. Sautéing: Heat oil in a pan, add the tomatoes, and cook until they are soft. Add the marinated meat and cook on medium flame until the moisture dries up.

  4. Tenderizing: Add water (1 cup for chicken, 2–3 cups for beef/mutton) and cook on low heat until the meat is fully tender.

  5. Final Step: Add the stuffed green chilies on top of the curry. Cover and simmer (dum) on low heat until the oil separates from the gravy.

Serving Suggestion: Serve hot with Roghni Naan, Tandoori Roti, or Steamed Rice.
